We offer complete renovations to update your existing swimming pool. We offer plaster (marble, quartz and pebble), tile, coping and decking (wide variety of patterns and colors to choose from). Melissa and Marc are outstanding in their technical business knowledge and customer service. They have had all of our pool service maintenance and weekly cleaning and analysis for 10+ years. I have used many services over the years and no one meets my expectations like A+ Pools has. On many occasions I have contacted Melissa that we are having a family gathering or friends pool party and need service on a certain day. oh my gosh, they even come on a Saturday am to meet our party requirements. Why did we leave A+? I retired and moved to the lake. They will be missed!!

I have relied upon A plus pools since at least 2007 for helping me maintain my pool.
They have advised me which products to buy for value fo money, reliability and quality. This includes a filter system, salt chlorine generator, replastering, pumps and a Polaris pool cleaner.
Over the years they have always been prompt and courteous, answering my questions and making any necessary repairs at very reasonable prices.

I wish there was a way to give a negative star for this company because they committed fraudulent behavior on several occasions. I paid them $1236 to fix my pool heater only to find out that they never even inspected the heater. When the plumber needed to inspect the pool heater he found the box full of leaves which is a fire hazard where they left the door open.
They were supposed to fix the pool vacuum. They took it out of the pool and left it beside the house for six months. When I constantly complained, they got belligerent.
The service has been abhorrent and the customer service even worse

I started using A Plus pool services to maintain my pool, it has never looked so good. Nothing better than swimming in and looking at a sparkling pool.
They leave a sign on your door saying what the chemical levels are and also what they added. Couldn’t be happier.

I have been happily working with the good folks at A Plus Pools Service for about a year and a half. I found Marc and Melissa after communicating with and receiving quotes from 4 other companies. Their rates are not the cheapest, but they are very competitive, and personally I don't think it's the wisest move to blindly go with the cheapest company. You get what you pay for.
