Hartley's Climate Control is owned and operated by Jon and Errica Hartley of St. James. Jon and Errica both grew up in the local area and graduated from Rolla High School. Jon went on to obtain a degree in HVACR from Rolla Technical Institute. While in school, he worked for a local commercial mechanical company.
He then went on to manage a local refrigeration and heating company for ten years, before deciding to fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own business. Errica went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Columbia College. Prior to joining the team at Hartley's on a full-time basis, she worked for Great Circle, one of the largest behavioral health facilities in Missouri.

Very professional crew and completed every part of the job quickly and very tidy. If every business had a crew this good, America would run like a well built Swiss Watch. Less than 1/2 day they had the old system out and installed the complete new system. Even vacuumed the floor and workspace when they were done.

Needed a new system after the 50 year old AC in the house we bought wouldn't quit leaking. Windle was very helpful and responsive getting an estimate put together and helping decide on a system. Randy's team worked hard installing our 4 ton AC and furnace in July heat. The fall service was great, too. Those guys seem to love their job and were happy to answer questions. highly recommend!

What a bunch of professionals. My AC went out one day before my five month old grand daughter went back to Washington. I call Hartley's and someone came out that afternoon and trouble shoot my AC, and told me that my unit was practically dying. But at least would work for a little time longer. My next step was to contact them and had a person come to my house to give me an estimate, sure enough they came and soon later I had a new system installed in my house an a very affordable price. In my opinion Hartley's is the best around and will not leave until the situation is solved.

We used Hartley for our HVAC system, which was very old and needed to be completely replaced. We had a dangerous situation with our old system, and they were able to remove it safely. Hartley's was very professional and fast, and even offered a payment plan if needed (at 0% for 72 months). We would highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs. We were very pleased with the whole experience and our new system. Thank you Hartley's!

I love calling Hartley’s for everything from my HVAC to ceiling repair and new countertops. Every person that has come into my home has been respectful and patient. I feel so comfortable having them here—even when I’m not home. They don’t complain about my dogs either!! Most recently, they installed a new quartz countertop and tile backsplash and I am in love!!! Thank you!!!!

Alex. One of the Technicians with Hartly Heating and Air. Was a great guy. Knowledgeable. Clean cut. And all around nice guy. Went from 55 degrees to having heat again.
