I have come here for coolsculpting and now I regularly have Botox here.
The staff is so accommodating and amazing! I've never met a group of employees that go so far to take good care of their clients.
I've worked most with Jennie and she's amazing!
I had coolsculpting done here a couple of months ago, there was a small issue I wanted to ask them about and they fit me in immediately and took such great care of me.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how involved the owner was with the business. If you're considering getting any of the services they offer, this is the place!

Paige was great and explained the process very thoroughly. Having had the ipl laser treatment at other locations i appreciated the advance notice when applying the laser. Not so much the pain but the surprise. No surprises here and the price was explained completely and honored. A refreshing delight in my medical experiences so far here in Boise where ive been overbilled more then once this year. Good thoughtful team and not pushy with the package deals which i would've done if staying in state.

They are completely incapable of removing my address from their mailings. Their incompetence is terms of a simple administrative matter would make me think twice about letting them stick and cut on me.

Amazing great energy non judgment zone!! This place right from the time you step foot in the office has a wonderful vibe the staff is top notch with great customer service! I went in for fillers to help me age gracefully and Spa 35 definitely helped with that really well informed visit really exciting all the services they offer. I will be back and I will recommend Spa 35 to all my friends!

I have been a Spa 35 client for years. The staff is amazing, Everyone always has a smile of their face! They take the time to explain new procedures in detail so you know exactly what results to expect and how much it will cost well before you make a decision.There is no pressure - they just really want you to be happy when you leave. Which i always am!

I went there for B 12 injections about one year ago. The owner was nice enough. The lady that gave me the shot was nice. I did not feel as comfortable there as other med spas. There was a rep there that was selling me a treatment for my dark spots. This lady looked at me like I wasthe ugliest thing she had ever seen. Again the Spa 35 people were nice. I wish they would pay attention to how there customers are being treated by the reps that go in. I will never go back to feel that way again
