New Hope Chiropractic is located in West San Jose with San Jose, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Campbell and Milpitas as our borders. Our clinic is situated in the middle of Silicon Valley, and close to major freeways, so that it is convenient for patients in all surrounding cities. The reason our clinic name is "New Hope" is because I have seen many patients that come in with debilitating problems.

Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Rich Jae Ho Roh developed a passion for health and fitness and worked as a fitness trainer for 12 years. As a trainer, he instructed many of his clients on proper form and technique. Dr. Roh's introduction to chiropractic was when he got help for a past shoulder injury that he sustained while working out.
Chiropractic is a form of natural healthcare that helps to keep your spine healthy and aligned. When subluxations (misalignments) are present in the spine, pressure is put on nerves. I stopped seeing Dr Chun after only a few appointments because I ended up moving away from the area and so I started seeing a chiropractor closer to where I live. Despite seeing that chiropractor for many months I was only getting temporary relief. I appreciate Dr Chun because he listened to my concerns and seems invested in seeing me get better. He isn’t just going through the motions and doing the same old things. He has been treating me for only a few appointments and I have already started to see the improvement and relief that I had been hoping for!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chun for chiro care throughout my pregnancy (4 months up until now, 9 months) and have been very happy with the care I’ve received. He spends time explaining things, always makes time to answer questions, and does a great job of making the chiro interventions pregnancy friendly. His office staff is efficient and nice as well. Would definitely recommend to any pregnant folks out there!

I came in to see Dr. Chun because of sciatic back pain associated with pregnancy. My OB suggested I find a chiropractor which I didn’t initially know was a treatment available to pregnant women so I was excited to find a chiropractor that catered to that. I also found out that chiropractic sessions are covered through insurance and once I reached out to several places, Dr. Chun’s office was the first to get back to me and take care of the insurance part and I saw him that same week! The front desk staff is awesome with scheduling :)

New updates for their (kind of ) new location !
I used to see Dr Chun for both pain and sustaining purposes. I even went to him for adjustments during my pregnancy a few years ago. Dr Chun knew what adjustments could be and should be done for different trimesters , and it helped prevent back pain from pregnancy. I believe because of the diligent prenatal adjustments, I have not had lower back pain from child birth (I did have epidural).
I recently returned to see Dr Chun during this pandemic. I think working from home and the stress from this pandemic caused me tight muscles in my upper back

Absolutely love this office! Learned about New Hope Chiropractic from a friend of mine who raved for years about how incredible her chiropractor is. She did not exaggerate one bit. I have been a patient since July 2019 after being involved in a minor accident. Dr. Chun was out of the clinic for training, I believe, but was able to see me very quickly after my accident. Dr Chun was super attentive and very thorough in his evaluation and treatment.
