Pennington Locksmith was a simple and easy fix to get a spare car key for my vehicle. I had gone a long time without one and after my wife lost her only key in the store (thankfully we found it) we decided it was time to get a spare for each of us. They were very friendly and the cost was great. I did not have them program my key fob for my vehicle and have been regretting it ever since... as I still have no idea how to do it and don't think I can. The first words that come to mind about Pennington Locksmith Company are extremely helpful and patient. I decided to save some money and remove my entire complicated, I didn't know at the time how complicated, front door locking system in order to take it to Pennington to be fixed. I wasn't even a customer yet and over the phone, numerous phone calls, Mike and Jill gave me point on directions concerning this particular front door locking device from a decade ago. Pennington Lock gave us great service on a VW key that needed to be cut and programmed. Mike had several issues getting it done, none his fault but he never gave up and got it done.
so often things happen out of your control, its how you deal with them that shows what kind of professional you are.
I would definitely recommend Pennington Lock.
