We used this service to get to the airport. We had so many bags we’d have needed two SUVs. The manager upgraded us and sent the coolest, biggest airport vehicle I’ve ever been in. Haha! The vehicle was in great condition, the driver was friendly, extremely courteous and arrived right on time. We were at the airport in no time. Will definitely recommend and be using again.

If I could give StandBy 10 stars I would! Absolute superstars! When an unforseen late arrival to O'Hare stranded our daughter in Chicago on her way back to school, Shaq from StandBy Limos worked with us to get her safely there. Once she was picked-up and on her way, Shaq even followed up with a phone call to settle the nerves of a very worried Mom, letting us know that our girl was safely on her way. We are beyond grateful for the care and attention Shaq, and her driver Ralph, gave to our daughter this evening. Thank you StandBy - we won't hesitate to call you again if the need arises.

Recently took a trip with this limo company and our driver was quite late arriving to pick us up. We also had issues with the customer service. We were originally quoted a flat rate and told that the amount of passengers was flexible as the vehicle held up to 12. After the trip was completed management demanded more money saying that the trip was not a flat rate and since we had more passengers we owed more money. I would never recommend this company! Very difficult to deal with.
