We deliver all over Pennsylvania and surrounding states, including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia. Our delivery fees are very reasonable. My father was an astonishing wood crafter but never pursued his passion and worked hard his whole life in a sheet metal factory.
My background is in the social services. When I started college after spending 8 years in Active Army, I majored in Interior Architecture for 3 years at Kansas State University. Design has always been my passion, but starting college in my late twenties, I choose to change my major to Sociology in order to finish college at a quicker pace.

Our Business is able to offer regular delivery where we unload our truck and place where you want the items OR delivery with a trailer, loaded with tables and chairs, that we leave on your property for you to unload. Discounted rates for Trailer Packages. We DO NOT clean these chairs between each rental.
We have an established partnership with a tent partner in order to get you a discounted price on a tent, side walls, lighting and more. They give us a commission on tent sales and we pass a portion of our commission as a discount to our clients. Other extension inventory that we can get at a discounted price from our tent partner: tents, lighting, heating, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and so much more!

The farm tables I rented from Weir Event Rentals helped completely transform the look of our wedding venue and brought my vision to life. The tables were amazing quality and even the venue was impressed with… them! Throughout the whole process, Jamie was super responsive and helpful. Even though they were located a good distance from our venue, delivery and drop-off went smoothly and the all-in cost was super reasonable. I can't recommend this company enough!

Jamie was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. She, Sarah and Kohlee answered all my questions and helped me pull together everything we needed for our special day. All of our guests commented on the beautiful bar and lounge set and the fact that they were able to get me set up with a perfect large heated tent by working in conjunction… with a tent rental company, Tents and Events i believe, was extremely helpful. We wouldn’t have been able to pull off such a perfect event without Weir Event Rentals and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your party and event needs!

What a great experience! The pieces were a perfect addition to our wedding and gave a wow factor that pulled the whole place together. As a wedding photographer, Ive worked with lots of rental companies and would recommend Jamie and her team over and over. Jamie was amazing from the beginning even changing around delivery schedules last minute and personally bringing our rentals so we could work out timing with venue. Amazing quality and timeless style and incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

Weir has beautiful furniture and their delivery crew was hardworking. Although it accomplished the look we needed for our wedding, Weir was untimely during delivery and items listed on our invoice that were paid for were not delivered or corrected when identified. The owner stated on multiple occasions that because she did not send her delivery… crew with the correct supplies, I the customer should “figure it out” and provide these supplies for my event. She was unprofessional, rude and disorganized. Do not recommend working with this team until they can conduct themselves in

Wonderful experience with Weir Event Rentals for our daughter’s wedding. They provided lighting for an outdoor venue and added design options for additional lighting with their wine barrel lighting posts with Cocktail tables. Once COVID hit we had no idea if we would push forward with our wedding. After our venue canceled on us we were especially unsure what to do. We ended up scaling down our wedding and making it a backyard event. I'm so glad we found Weir because they provided us with beautiful farmhouse tables, barrels, benches & chairs! They also traveled down to Wilmington, DE.
Jamie & Kohlee kept me in the loop on delivery and pick up times. As the wedding day approached I decided I wanted to add on some more furniture, which was no problem at all.

Do not recommend using this company. Refusing to issue refunds for services not rendered during a pandemic shows a lack of concern for the well being of a potential client and their community just to make a buck.

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental company, absolutely gorgeous rentals!! Jamie saved us sooo so much stress while planning a last minute change of venue due to covid restrictions. Her team was fast at setting everything up for us and oh so polite! After set up we realized that we were two tables short due to us miscounting the tables needed with guest count. Jamie assured us we could get more tables and that we did! If you’re looking for a company that is all about the customer book them for your event. you won’t be sorry!

We are so happy that we chose Weir Event Rentals for our wedding day tables, benches and sweet heart table for our northern Baltimore county wedding. The furniture is well made and looks beautiful. Jamie was incredible to work with, answering e-mails and calls super quickly. Great customer service and beautiful farm style tables! We requested delivery days in advance from our wedding so we could take our time making things look perfect, they made it happen! The fact that they are a family owned and operated business is also a plus.

Weir event rentals was a fantastic team to work with for our wedding. My wife and I contacted them in order to rent tables and chairs for our event, and were incredibly satisfied with the end result. The mahogany farm tables we ordered were beautiful and everybody at the party loved them. Loved loved loved the farm tables and chairs we rented from these guys, and the prices were downright amazing. As the wedding planning progressed we made several changes to our rental order. She was so painfully patient and responsive. I knew I wanted to have their elegant tables at my wedding the moment I saw a photo of them.
Weir not only came in and set up tables on time, and according to my floor plan, but I also asked them to hang edison string lights around our venue.They did such a beautiful job, and used some creative liberties in the back of the venue with the lights, since I may have underestimated the length of a beam there. It came out beautiful. I am truly grateful to them, their talent
