I wish that I could select less than 1 star as our experience with Doug’s Pools was heartbreaking. Doug’s staff gel-coated our pool 3 times. The first time didn't last a year and Doug refused to honor the warranty until we purchased additional service to redo fiberglass. We were between a rock and a hard place so agreed and paid Doug more money. The gel coat didn’t last a year and we requested our money back so we could use another company. At first Doug agreed and then went back on his word. He brought in reps from the gel coat company and said they would do the gel coat again and guarantee
