I've used SkinRN for tattoo removal, as well as laser vein treatment for some spider veins on my face. All services have been with Heather, who is sweet and very knowledgeable about laser treatments. She set clear expectations beforehand, checked in with me during my services, and gave me ice packs for the deduce home. The office is really cute, and the customer service has always been excellent!

I adore this spot to get B12 shots. I have a neurologist health issue and learned years ago what a difference these make in my daily health. However, I am not the best shot giver (to myself) and really disliked going into medical clinics just to get this shot. Skin RN to the rescue! They are professional, efficient, very clean, and just play delightful in spirit. I'd feel comfortable coming here for any service they offer: their whole team puts me at ease to seek my best self. I called to get an appointment five times at least. I wanted to find a hip place to go to because I recently moved to Nashville. It’s hard to find a place that does great Botox. Because I had heard good things about the location I said I just wanted someone who was a qualified nurse and knew what they were doing. (I’ve been burned before.) They finally tried to set an appointment up for me with Kristy the owner. I looked at the website to see who she was. From what I could see she isn't EVEN a nurse. I don’t think they have any nurses there. Is that legal? No wonder it was hard to get my

I started going to Skin Rn for botox after a friend suggested I go (I have never bruised here) and am now a going monthly with the ultimate goal of removing redness and brown spots on my face and neck. I am 37 and haven't had clear skin in 20+ years. I can't believe the difference 6 months of laser rejuvenation and the mini trio package have made. I'm excited to see what another 6 months will bring. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking A+ skin care.

This place is amazing the staff was so helpful and attentive . My sister and I went for facials before her wedding they pampered her and made her feel even more beautiful that she already was. Heather Hull, aside from being a fun and pleasant person to deal with, has a lot of passion for what she does. She is very exited about new methods of skin care and knows her work inside and out. Terrible customer service. Not only did they change my first appointment four times, but when I arrived I was informed that I had not done the proper pre-treatment prep. None of this was disclosed nor was the information available on their website. Full of ditzy southern blondes. Would not suggest for anyone looking for professional services.

I absolutely love Chris. I have been going to her for over three years and the results that she achieves exceed my expectations every time. I have found her to be flexible and accommodating with scheduling, very easy to talk to, very attentive (she listens to exactly what is desired and then tries her best to achieve it), and very precise and skilled. Skin RN is one of the best in the Nashville area. Everyone who works there is knowledgable and extremely helpful and accommodating. I've had various skin procedures done there, including chemical peels and microdermabrasions and have always been satisfied with both the process and the results. You're in good hands here, and I know I never have to worry when I go there for any type of procedure.

I went in there last week with my mom that wanted to get a bunch of stuff done ...fillers/Botox ..anyway my mom ended up getting a little nervous and not getting anything injected but I DID get Botox only few units around my eyes and I love it, I could tell the difference right away and how three days later my crows feet area is absolutely wrinkle free... It looks so natural and perfect I couldn't be more happier. And how my mom wants to reschedule her appointment after seeing how great I look and feel.

Of course, I had a Groupon! Lol. I have been a very bad girl for growing up in LA and neglected to wear sunscreen all of those years. As I am mah-touring into a lady, I have noticed my sun kissed freckles are making babies and are not as cute any more. Sigh. So, I decided to get them lasered off with the IPL photofacial.

I found this place online very easily when I googled Botox in Nashville. I have a bad habit of not shopping around and after this experienced I learned my lesson. I'm 26 yrs and I wanted Botox to get rid of the small lines around my eyes and aboved my forehead. I booked appointment, the staff was friendly and helpful when i arrived. Christy was my Botox lady, she seemed nice and I went alonged with the procedure. Well, I found out I was charged double then what I should of got charged, that was my fault for not shopping around. Then I developed a dent aboved my left eye a couple of days later.

I am a 45 yr old former plastic surgery nurse who was originally referred to Skin Rn by another plastic surgery nurse who worked for a prominent local plastic surgeon. I have been a loyal client for many years since then, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about any and every experience I've had at Skin Rn. They have never pushed any service on me, and have always educated me before hand about the service and expected outcome.
