Joe is a good person. I have dealt with him in the past and was satisfied. This week I took a trailer that needed a new coupler. I brought the part and the trailer. A couple of days later I picked it up and was handed a bill for over $ 400.00!!??!! Joe said it took him 4 1/2 hours. The next day I helped a friend with a similar issue, got the trailer repaired at a different place in just a bit over an hour for $150. Same quality work. Would I go back to Fillmore welding?? Nope.
