Baumann & Crosno Construction is a construction company specializing in building single-family homes in Northwest Arkansas. Established in 2013, Baumann & Crosno Construction has rapidly grown into one of the area's premier home builders. The company is owned by Mike Baumann and Michael Crosno, with drafting and home design services provided by Lane Barrows Crosno.
Mike's construction career began after his graduation from The Virginia Military Institute in 1998. Mike started as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes in North Carolina where he oversaw the construction of more than 600 single-family homes, 150 multifamily homes, and three condominium projects in a two state region.

We had the most positive experience building our first custom home with Baumann and Crosno! They are an incredible team that upholds an unmatched standard of professionalism. We greatly appreciated their expertise, guidance, honesty, and communication from start to finish. We used Baumann and Crosno to build a custom home in Fayetteville. The entire team, including their subs, were very professional. Both Mike Baumann and our project supervisor were extremely responsive and transparent throughout the project. They spent countless hours with us on the front end planning every detail of the project. They’re team of professionals executed it perfectly. Our home was built on time and within budget! I couldn’t ask for anything more. I plan to use Baumann and Crosno again for any future projects.

We worked with Baumann and Crosno on a complicated project with a lot of moving parts and complicated documentation. They were great to work with through the process of getting everything off the ground, continually sticking with the "intent" of the agreements versus getting caught up in what might or might not have been documented. On the actual work itself they have been amazingly fast. If there has been any issues in the construction quality they just right on it without pushback or complaint. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
