Never felt like such a bother and an outsider upon arrival here. Then questioned several times about the quantity of wood that I could only pay cash for by 2 different staff members. No hot water to wash hands and nothing to dry them with on a cold chilly night. Found out the hard way that I needed tokens for the shower.
Convenient store for last minute needs such as ice and nice property.
Not enough to come back.

Wont be back! This place is so bright all night its hard to sleep. Not to mention people are driving in and out of there all night. And don't stay at the front of the entrance because the dust from the road flies all over your stuff and food when cooking/eating any time a car drives past. It's ridiculous. Hope you like sandy food. OH and the showers for women..... forget trying to get a shower unless you take it at 3pm during the day while everyone is on the river. There is literally only 2 showers available for the WHOLE campground. There is always a long line and people are in there all night

My family and I were looking forward to our last family vacation before our youngest went off to college. We made this reservation 3 months in advance. Unfortunately they day before our trip my husband was having severe allergies. When he went to get an allergy shot they tested him for covid. He was positive. The following morning I went to get tested and I was covid positive. When we called to cancel and ask for a refund they said they have no refund policy for covid, in fact the lady that answered the phone told me we are still welcome to come. It blows me away that they are willing to harm other

There's a lot to like about this place, but there's also some misleading/ incomplete information as well.
My husband and I wanted to stay here for a couple years and finally booked this trip 4+ months in advance. The reason we booked here was for the dance hall/bar, floating and the reputation of a party campground. My husband has danced with me ONE time in 10 years so him agreeing to dance and party with me was REALLY special. When I found out they weren't doing any music and the bar was closed I talked to the owner and told her this info wasn't on their website when I booked, it just said music

This place is terrible stay away! Just kidding! This is one of our favorite places to go camping, Lake lots available if you book early, full hookups, 30 and 50 amp. We stay here several times a year. Lake Bod Sandlin offers great fishing and boating. The store has a bar with live bands on the weekend. They have a boat ramp and offer boat rentals.
Staff is always friendly and they live on site so always there if you need them. We would recommend this place to everyone. Kid friendly with a swimming area and pets are welcome.

It was super clean and quite. Nice bathrooms and showers. To have electric and water was amazing. Have a nice little store where you check in a little high priced. There is a grocery store about a 15 minute drive. Have to get tokens for shower but they are only a dollar for 6 minutes. The campsites are right on the river and the flow is good. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is we paid for three nights only stayed two due to weather they do not give refunds but they didn't even offer a rain check. And it's only $15 a person per night very affordable

Lazy L&L Campground pretty much had everything you would want/need out of a campground.
Let's start with all the positives. The tent campsites are very well maintained and have power hook-ups, a charcoal grill, fire pit and a picnic table. The table and grill and pit are typically pretty well shaded by large trees and are next to the river. The bathrooms are well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. The showers run on coins you purchase but the water is warm and you get a good chunk of time with each coin. The staff picks up your trash from the bin every morning, so you don't have to walk

Lovely location on the Guadalupe River. Campsite was nice, restroom and shower facilities were good. I like that the speed limit is 5 mph. The one downside for me was the noise. Quiet time doesn't start until midnight on Fri and Sat and that's just a bit late for me. People were friendly and we had a good time, but I'm not sure if we will go back.

This was our 2nd time. Once again, great tent sites on the river, restrooms were exceptionally clean. I like how we could float at our camp ground. No bus rides & extra expenses. Everyone was friendly we came in contact with, store had everything we needed (that we forgot) & we will definitely be back!!!! We highly recommend Lazy L & L Campground!
