Our goal is to make renting fast, easy and affordable! Our available properties include all price ranges to fit every budget and several properties across North Carolina.

Thank you for your interest in Premier Rental Property Management. We specialize in Medium to High-end Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes and Small Commercial Properties. We will personally show your property to prospective tenants. We do not believe in allowing tenants to see your property without Premier being present, unlike other companies. We will be the only contact for you and your tenants. Both you and the tenants will have my mobile phone number and email for any questions or concerns.
We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction. That's why our team of highly-seasoned real estate professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of our clients. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a long term investor, we can tailor our services to your needs and expectations.
Late fees are 5% of your rental amount but please check your rental contract for the exact amount of your late fee. In the event a personal check is returned for insufficient funds, a $25.00 check return fee will be assessed. In addition any applicable late fees will be assessed. All fees will be due immediately along with the outstanding rent monies for that month.

We honestly can not thank Julie enough! My husband and I placed our home on the market for-sale-by-owner to say the process was complicated is a understatement. Julie came to the rescue. She listened to all of our concerns and needs regarding the sale of our home. Julie was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and honest about the market conditions.

Julie did a wonderful job as our realtor during our recent relocation from Florida to NC. She was very helpful and responsive throughout, from determining the type of home and community that we were seeking, to showing us many homes, to making the offer, to arranging or recommending many details of the transaction (home inspection, title company, law office, etc.), to arranging services (city water/sewer, gas, electric, internet, etc.), and checking in on us a few times now to ask if we are in need of anything as we are settling in.

I have lived in one of Premier’s rental units for about five years and as long as I never called them to make any repairs everything was fine but as you know after a few years things start to break down. I sent in a request over 6 months ago to have the dishwasher looked at because it was leaking, someone came out, took a look at it, said he needed to get a part for it and never came back so if I want to use the dishwasher I have to put a towel down to keep the floor dry. We had a stopped up sink in our master bedroom, my husband tried to fix it by plunging it because they never fixed the dishwasher

Zero stars but I can’t leave a review without one.
We are selling our home and looking for a rental for a year while we build a home. We have one house on hold that we paid $150 in application fees for three of us, plus $250 hold fee. The available date is three weeks past our closing date so we will be homeless for three weeks.

I hired Todd to manage a small house, which needed much repair before it could be rented. He referred me to an excellent Professional Handyman service in the Hickory area that did a fabulous job.
As a former Realtor myself and not local to the area, I researched the local rental market and found data to support the exact rent that Todd suggested. After completion of repairs, Todd rented the home in less than 30 days for exactly what he told me it would rent for. Todd has been very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Great small business. Todd and Julie are extremely responsive to tenant needs. After an AC unit quit in the property my family was occupying in the height of summer, they had someone out to fix it same day. They are well connected to professional services in the Charlotte-Hickory-Morganton area, allowing for expedited maintenance requests.

OWNERS BEWARE
We were approved for a rental in Greensboro . I told them in advance I had a service animal and that he performs anxiety suppression for me as I suffer from sever PTSD . They asked me for registration paperwork with photos etc. There is no such thing legally and Courtney told me they have to be so careful because so many people scam them. I explained all I had was a registration number and that we have owned our own home in Charlotte for 12 years and never had to deal with this. I don't even know where to start. Part of it I can blame on the rental company, the other I blame the owners who don't care that their house is an absolute dump. . Karen knew that were moving in 2 weeks prior yet they never painted the inside of the house...not one single room at all. all they did was sweep and mop! There is paint peeling off walls and doors in almost every room. Crayon marks and scuff marks were everywhere as well. I agree completely with the other reviewer. We rented a high end home from this company. Terrible communication. We had to request repairs many many times before anything was done. When we did receive a response it was most often tinged with rudeness and passive aggressiveness. I would not rent from them again. Ever!
