Just talked to the owner. Amazing that with that attitude she’s still in business. H&R Block here I come. So after all this I go back and give them a chance. After the first tax preparer was completed. To many things to list that have gone bad that I had to receive my return I was just dumbfounded by bill 250$ more than H&R Block so learn from my mistake the salsa isn’t worth it go to REAL TAX PROFESSIONALS...... I paid cash for the second tax return there are numerous over charges I’m not gonna discuss this it’s a fact so you trying to smooth over reviews I gave you a chance. I’m sure

Have been going here the past few years and have had no problems at all! They are very friendly and they break everything down for you and let you know exactly what they are charging for their services. They literally let you know what's going on step by step and show you on the screen and then again in the paperwork! Thank you guys for doing a great job!

Maria helped me with my holiday advanced. I will never ever go anywhere else. I’ve been to a few tax preparers years back. Not one of them have taken care of me the way Angela and her staff have. Her fees are upfront and reasonable. I love that they know my name when I walk in they make you feel like family. I also enjoy the hot sauce they give every year. I especially loved the gift I got this year.

I have been filing my taxes with Angela Hightower for many years and I greatly appreciate her continuing to help me well after I moved to Austin. The process is so EASY!! and CONVENIENT! I've used Angela Hightower Tax Return for many years. I've always recieved the best customer service. I have received courtesy calls before and after my service every year. Every staff I've ever encountered has been pleasant and professional. Angela is always available to chat, laugh and talk. Her personality shines! Angela makes certain that we are always taken care of by her staff. This year we changed tax preparers. We missed our old preparer this year but Angela personally returned my call when I had concerns about using someone new. She was very understanding and recommended a wonderful replacement
