I only switched dentists because I had a friend who referred me, but I wish I never hadn't. I used to work for an oral surgeon and this is the only place I've been to that doesn't verify insurance before going in. You would think they're more on top of it now because of COVID but I wasn't aware our insurance was terminated because of COVID situations and they call me two months after going in to say insurance denied claims. Now I owe $500 for for them to brush my kids teeth that wouldn't have been done if insurance was verified prior like normal medical offices

I'm relatively new to the Stoker dental practice but so far, so good. The last time I went in for a filling, Dr Stoker had to numb the area and this is the first time ever that I didn't feel the needle going in. I don't know what his technique is, but it's the best experience I've ever had with the numbing process, which sometimes can be as bad as the procedure itself.

Work done in the past has been ok, office staff generally very nice. But I will no longer patronize businesses that require I jump through hoops over and over to do business with them regardless of any supposed CDC or other agency guidelines, that they could not quote or otherwise identify the source of.
Also, crown they installed 3 years ago fell off so my insurance and I were charged several hundred dollars to repair. It should have lasted more the 3 years . I have dental work in my mouth that has been in place for 40+ years and now crowns don't stay for more the 3?
May be time to reconsider

I'm new to the area and unsure of what my experience would be like but I know with 100 % certainty that I picked the right dental office. Lisa at the front office was very helpful in setting up my appointment. The office staff is very pleasant and professional. Gabby the dental assistant was so sweet and personable and made me feel comfort and welcome. Dr Reyes is top notch!! She's very gentle and has a wonderful personality to make you feel at ease. I had the best cleaning by Tiffini. My teeth feel so clean and look great. I definitely recommend this dental practice for anytime looking

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this dentist and business is. Let's face it, nobody looks forward to going to the dentist especially if a procedure is to be done. My wife and I have been going to Stoker Family Dental for about 3.5 years now. I have had two pretty big procedures done from Dr. Stoker. My wife Joan an have been going the Stoker Dental group for 7 to 10 years and the care an service have been a high standard. We recently lost our dental coverage so having to pay out of pocket for all charges made us make sure of the charge before getting service. I called to check the cost of a cleaning and was quoted a cost of $94. My wife Joan went in on Monday for a cleaning and was charged $144 which included a $50 charge for the dentist to check her teeth.
