Protek is always my first choice when recommending an IT company. I have worked with them both as a client (many years ago) and currently as a business partner and I have never had a client of mine say anything negative about the entire experience. Our company uses Protek for all of our tech support. I work in an office managing capacity, supporting our branch managers, so I coordinate with Protek a lot for new employee set up, and other such things. They are always professional and efficient when they come to set things up onsite. I've also found them to be very helpful and prompt in resolving any issues that might come up, even if it isn't within the scope of our contract with them. All of the techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very grateful for all that they do for us!

Protek has been providing our IT service for almost 2 years now. They have been very responsive to our issues, but they are very proactive at trying to minimize the issues we will have. They monitor the space on our server and before it completely filled up, they were out adding more space to it so we did not have a failure. when the power goes out, they are ready to help get everything back up and running as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them for your IT company!

I have been so fortunate to be able to work with Protek for the last year and a half!! Their knowledge is amazing, and everyone there is so accommodating. I have used Protek for over 5 years & have always been happy with their service. They are knowledgeable, & answer my phone calls in a timely fashion. The best part is that they never make me feel stupid even though I know some of my questions & problems are so simple for them to fix, for me it is difficult. I am glad to have them on my companies team & would recommend them to anyone who needs good reliable tech support. Their rates are very reasonable, & their service is top notch!
