Bill Pay - Pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check, automatic debit, or cash. We send the money electronically whenever we can.
At Coloramo, we do not have a myriad of personal checking accounts with different fees and services for each one. We have ONE personal checking account for everyone. You won't pay taxes when you withdraw your contributions, and you won't pay federal taxes on your earnings, as long as the five-year aging requirement has been met.

My wife and I refinanced a new car loan with Ashley Watson. The loan at Coloramo had a better interest rate for the same term, which saved us around $40 a month for the next 60 months. Ashley made the process easy, allowed us to sign documents remotely, and had the loan closed in a day or two. Awesome!

Absolutely terrible customer service and all around bad experience. After coming in to get a new card because my old one expired I received a call saying that my new card (issued to me at the bank by a teller ) was being deactivated because it is not the card that they sent in the mail… I told the lady that I do not give permission to cancel my current card because I work in remote areas in the mountains and need to access funds until I am able to return to grand junction over the weekend to be issued another new card. She refused, stating “you do not have a choice” and canceled it anyway

I have never in my life dealt with a financial institution with better customer service! I had an issue with a lien that was not reported cleared from 1993. Shae answered the phone and in 30 seconds I was speaking to Troy Johnson. I am an aircraft dealer and when a not has been paid off sometimes the bank or lender doesn't send in the release as was the case. Tring to have a banker help to assist in a closed case has proved to be a nightmare. With in minutes Troy was on it and having the release notarized. This is a TOP GUN customer service. That is invaluable! Great place to work your money!

I have been a member of Coloramo for well over 10 years now. I always have money in my account; have never had an overdraft on my account; never missed a payment on my credit card, which now has no balance; and never missed a payment on the one loan that I had through them, that is now completely paid off. Multiple times now over the last 5-10 years I have had very sub-par service, but just wrote it off and tried to be understanding of someone just doing their job. Yesterday however, that all changed. I went in to the branch to get a joint account with my girlfriend who had just moved here from

Have banked here almost 8 years and never had a problem. But recently clerks have become rude and extremely slow. There is absolutely no rush at all with their jobs and this is extremely frustrating as a super busy mom. I don't want to sit at the bank for 20 minutes while there is only 3 other cars..... pretty disappointed

Read the fine print!!!!! I opened an account and rented a safe deposit box. Then when I had not put money in my account in 6 months, they started charging me $25 a month on the account calling it inactive. They took the money in my account and closed it. Would not let me use the remainder of the safe deposit box rental without closing the box and opening a new account and safe deposit box. This is NOT disclosed on the website, and it is conveniently not mentioned when you open an account. I think it is a predatory practice. They really push you not getting a paper statement, so it is harder to

Started out great. Got me a truck and trailer that I have been paying on for a few years now when all of a sudden this last month, June 2019, they started charging a 12$/loan processing fee when calling in to pay a bill. I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now and at the point of having my credit hit due to late payments. I have never had a late payment nor missed any payments until now. Poor service and supervisors. Would not recommend.
