21, F, I”m going to try to be as open as possible, getting surgery, much less an operation on my face was a big decision. I was terrified and determined to make the right decision in terms of an operation or not. I have had a deviated septum for years and recently broke my nose. I knew that i needed to get it fixed but that was terrifying. I saw Dr. Holzapfel twice before surgery and didn’t hesitate to go under. She impressed me from start to finish. Front desk staff was on-the-ball, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Lied's nurse explained important points of procedures and reviewed my ppwk. Dr. Lied came in and was absolutely wonderful.
