I like the attention they give, the showroom is awesome. Service is timely, but I’ve been having trouble with my bike since having routine maintenance. I’ve taken it back and now spent over $2k trying to fix issues I did not have before doing the routine fluid changes… ugh, the service team is friendly, I’m just having a rough time getting my ultra classic back to where it was before I brought it in for routine fluid changes, it’s been leaking since. Rich the service manager has been great helping to troubleshoot.

Purchased my 6th motorcycle and 1st Harley from Cox’s Harley Davidson. Had a very professional and positive experience. Update: after 6 months, I got the tire issue fixed and the tour pack lock replaced. So I have moved my review today 3 stars. Thanks for the help. This was the 3rd time I have dealt with this service dept, so I figured I would write a review.
Took 2 bikes to get tires and some other details, saddle bag got scratched, fender got scratched, and somehow my tour pack lock got busted andthey lost the plastic ring...
I have never been pleased with spending money with this service department. I am in the service industry myself and completely aware of how a customer feels when dropping a few thousand
