I personally have been working with the State Farm Family for over 11 years and have enjoyed building my own team and office culture. While I grew up in Oceanside California, I have lived in the Temecula area for over two years. When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and watching football.

Luis Hernandez has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I went to him with an immediate need and not only was he interested and asked questions to be sure he had all of the correct information, he followed through and fixed the mistake I had made. Great job Luis and your customer service is the reason I am still a SF customer after 25 years!
