The part owner/accountant Kristen Kimpling has been ignoring phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages asking her to remove herself from my Business' quickbooks account. When she opened it for me she put herself (not me- the owner) as the Master Admin so it has been very difficult to remove her without her help. It's been over 2 years since I switched accountants and she has not followed through with countless requests. Occasionally, when she answers her phone she says she will do it but has yet to follow through. I don't normally post reviews but I would hate for this to happen to other small
