Horrible experience... my wife was told by the technician, that he had to stop pumping my septic tank because he saw a baby wipe. He pumped less than a half of the tank and still charged her full price. Prior to him coming out I located the lid for them to make it easier, but when the rude young man left, he did not cover the lid or even bother to close my gate..(I have dogs). When I got home I did my own inspection, and lo and behold no baby wipes!... the young man was clearly very lazy and we were taken advantage of.. I immediately called the office and was told I would get a supervisor to contact
