My family was interested in a house we had inspection being on a fixed income in knew I couldn't Afford the time , money or patience to get involved with that particular home . Although a Diy person or person with funds to do repairs probably had enuff information for negotiating tools for a better price on that home. Scott was very informative and showed u the good and bad aspects of that home. I highly recommend APEX SOUTH INSPECTIONS

Scott offered helpful insights and advice as we accompanied him on a thorough inspection of a single family residence we plan to purchase and also of a manufactured home that's included with the property. He used state of the art tech including a robot with camera to inspect the underside of the trailer in the crawlspace, and has a drone to inspect roof exteriors. He also ran a well test for us, sending the water sample to a lab. We utilized his additional Repair Pricer feature to estimate repairs to the mobile home.
