Services
Historic elegance meets modern day convenience to make an event a success from start to finish. With rooms varying in style and size from small boardrooms to large conference centers, Laurel Hall has a space for every type of event. Rent Laurel Hall as late as midnight, utilize the venue across multiple days or add additional time for setup with ease.
Our carefully curated list of preferred caterers was created to ensure that each event runs smoothly and to our expectations. If you choose to work with a caterer that is not on this list an additional charge will be incurred. We love working with new vendors, but here are some of our favorites if you need a place to start.
We are always here to answer your questions, but here are a few of the inquiries we receive the most. Laurel Hall provides only the event space including fixtures and interior furnishings, along with a member of our event staff and a professional security guard. All setup, cleanup, and planning services must be coordinated via contracts with vendors.
With so many talented wedding vendors in the Indianapolis area it's not easy to pick favorites, but we've curated a list for our Laurel Hall couples, of those who we've. I am writing this review as a fellow vendor. I own The Foto Stand, a mobile photobooth company that services the Indianapolis area. We had the absolute pleasure of setting up at Laurel Hall and were blown away at the hospitality. Weddings are stressful for the venue and the vendors, everyone trying to do their very best. Vendors are often on their own, but not at Laurel Hall. They accommodated my attendants from the moment they arrived and I am so grateful. Thank you for being kind and for being attentive not only to your clients but to their vendors as well. We can't wait to set up here again

We just had our daughter's wedding at Laurel Hall and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful with many places for great photos. Loved the Christmas decor. The staff (Inga and Lyndsey) were very helpful before and during the event. Appreciated the help after the reception as well. Highly recommend if you have 150 guests or less!

Perfect venue for a wedding. The location is full of neat history, the architecture is beautiful, and the grounds outside are lovely. There is a very neat chapel upstairs that even provides for the feeling of being married in a church if that is important to you. One negative to keep in mind is because the building is so old, there is no elevator access to the third floor where the chapel is, so that could prove a challenge if you have guests attending in which climbing stairs is difficult.

Did you know this lovely place existed? Well I guess you did since you're reading about it on yelp, silly me. I did not know about it until a Girls' Pint Out event held here. This lovely mansion is hiding in the middle of a community with an awesome winding drive. I felt a little like I was about to star in a horror movie or Clue when I drove up - very cool ambiance. Our event was in the basement but I'd be lying if I said I didn't snoop around a little (come on, how could you not). It's a beautiful space. The basement lounge area made me feel like I needed to be smoking

I was invited to a holiday dinner here and never had visited before. Was a bit sad it was dark out at dinner time so couldn't really see the building in all of it's glory. However it was beautifully lit on the inside which glowed as I drove up the winding road. Our cocktail hour had a great variety of drinks available for purchase. The ambiance both for the hour + dinner was amazing - it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Dinner was a buffet and it was absolutely delicious - I had to go up for another plate! I can see why this is a populate event place.

I am a both a an alum of the fraternity who owns Laurel Hall and a professional wedding photographer. I have toured this gorgeous building more times than I care to admit.
Laurel Hall is unlike any other venue in Indianapolis. Your wedding guests will stop in awe of the early 20th century elegance. Your guests will definitely remember this place over any hotel or ballroom, as it is full of character.
You walk into the main foyer, which is draped in dark hardwoods. The furniture is elegant and intimate. There is a grand staircase which leads to the bridal suite on the 2nd floor (great for pictures

If you'd like they have a chapel, but we were married at St. Joan of Arc then came here for the reception. The inside with the dark wood is elegant and the outside terrace is perfect if you're blessed with nice weather. Take a look at our photos for the real testimonial.
