Very happy with my insurance cost and coverage with Mike Foote. They were able to lower my yearly car insurance cost and also provide me with renters insurance--both together for cheaper than I was previously paying for just car insurance! It was a very easy process to switch insurances and Eugene is great! Definitely recommend.

It is a pure joy to work with a local office who have always been extremely responsive, extremely fast in payouts of claims, and also from a company wide perspective very generous in the dollar claim settlement amounts. Don't even have the urge to check online and compare rates because I know I have reasonable rates, outstanding local personal service, and can get help whenever I need it quickly! They stood by me and I will stand by them!

We LOVE Mike Foote and the rest of the "family." Always taken care of well, wonderful service and family experience. I have been a State Farm member since I was 16 and continue to be so because of the quality of care over the 10 states I have lived in. Hands down the best in the business. Keep it up!! Great company. No need to shop around for better rates because they are constantly working to save me money. I like how Mike personally texts me at 3am to tell me he saved me more money on my truck insurance and that he is wearing khakis . Way to look out for your customers. Mike is a great guy I can have a down to earth conversation with and say what I think and also have a laugh! His team is great! Anytime I call, my needs are meant immediately and questions answered completely. Having many items insured, I feel comfortable when I hang up the phone that there are no worries that if something happens, I will be well taken care of.

Mike Foote and everyone at the State Farm office in Lake Placid are amazing. It is a pleasure to call in to the office whether it be to ask an insurance related question or pay a bill. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years and it has been a very positive experience and we appreciate all that everyone has done throughout those years and especially this year during the craziness of 2020.
