I saw a Q3 listed online so I decided to check it out since the pictures looked good, the price was questionably low however. As soon as I drove up to the lot I saw 3 employees standing around drinking at the little metal table and chairs they have out front, apparently just for that. They had tall boy cans of Bud light and paper cups at 2 o'clock in the afternoon!!!! I kept on driving. I did not feel comfortable talking to them, let alone buying a car from someone intoxicated. I now understand the low prices of these vehicles...

I purchased a vehicle from Wiz and at first, it was a little rocky but Jared and Rich were amazing. They worked personally with the car manufacturer to speed up service. Rich was available after hours for any complications and compliments. Jared was amazing in assisting me and helping with Kia anything need for the car. Elliot was super insightful with the financial and finalizing the deal. Again the entire Milford team was helpful and super assisting. I had a good experience. My salesperson Maria Medina was great. She was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. We reviewed the vehicle and there was no hard sell. Even when there was an issue with the driver side sliding door of the vehicle they did not hide it or downplay it and gave assurances to resolve it. I appreciate the service provided.

Scammers. buyers beware they will sel you a car with mechanical issues.
they sold me a car that got a check engine light few days after purchase and smoking exhaust with a faulty tank even if you fill up the tank the sensors do not give you an accurate measurement.

Maria Medina the salesperson was very eager to assist me when I walked in the door. The customer service she provided was second to none. I myself who’s been doing customer service for over 15 years was very please with her service. She made the environment very comfortable and friendly. I found the car I wanted online at Wiz and stopped down without an appointment. My salesman, Tom, greeted me at the door and instantly helped me with top notch professional service! I bought my car from there less than a year ago & already was having trouble with it. I brought it in & they let me know the problem was with my transmission & I needed a new one. They had my car for THREE WEEKS & didn't do anything to it. They didn't even call the warranty. Implant ( I knew because I did call & they said they did not have any pending claims for my car)

If you needed a sign to buy your car from literally any other dealership.... HERE IT IS. They sell cheap cars and do cheap work. I have had this car for a year and a half, and bought it thinking I had my dream car. Just an example of one of the terrible experiences I've had at wiz, I took my car there in May because my trusted family mechanic told me my car was leaking a lot of oil. Wiz said they would fix it and that it'd be covered under my warranty. It is now October and my car is leaking the same amount of oil, the same exact issue that occurred the first time. I was told by my mechanics

Bought a used Chrysler Pacifica Minivan with fairly high miles for its age. Less than a year later, I start getting alerts on the dash to service the transmission.
Called for an appointment with service, but the car died before I got it in.
I had it towed in and it was assessed and diagnosed in timely fashion (turns out it was the battery and not the transmission at all), and the car was ready the next day.
Overall a good experience. Repair was timely, staff is friendly.
Will look for used cars here again.

Sales team very cool Gabe was awesome! Car not so much. Brought a BMW X 3 had it for two days been in service 2 week. Now one calls to update you on progress!! Paying for rental out of pocket, they have noooo rental cars. Helpful until you sign. What's crazy part I've brought 4 cars from them. You'd think they'd look out!! Just be careful people not a bad place just know they aren't about costumer retention.

1.The price that you talk to the sales guy about will not be the price you pay. I also don't suggest you finance from them. Call your bank, credit union or Capitol One directly.
2. The finance guy will assume you are buying the warrantee and will have the paper work drawn up to include that and after you tell him No, he will make a big deal out of it and make it sound like the woman just spent hours creating the contract.
3. They will make you buy an ETCH Fee which is wothless. Call your insurane

I made an appointment to see a car, got a text 30 mins before asking to confirm the appointment and when I arrived the car was not here. The representative Dean had an awful attitude and was not apologetic and said it was not his problem. Also none of the employees were wearing masks during a pandemic which was unacceptable. Stay away this place is HORRIBLE.

We went in for one car and had it looked at by a mechanic but they found an issue so we passed. Went to a different sales place but came back to Wiz because they had a really good selection of cars.
Tony helped every step of the way. He stayed late for us because we came from far away. We ended up finding a perfect car and the mechanic said it was in great condition.
We bought it and then took it to my mechanic right away. They also agreed that this was a great car.
