Called and was immediately placed on hold. Classic poor service red flag but remained on hold for a short time bc while it’s a bad first impression, it’s more a poor habit than overall indicator of quality of service. Associate got back with, let me get out about 5 words before interrupting me to ask if she could put me on hold again, so wished them a good day then hung up. Word of advice: allow your customers to at least say why they’re calling before putting them on hold. Doing it twice in a row is just rude. I’ve worked in CS for almost 30 years now.
