I requested an appointment for my 6 year old and asked if they took pediatric patients and if they handled pediatrics patients really well. I was told yes with both questions and let them know the reason we'd be coming in (possible baby tooth extraction) and wasn't made aware that no gas would be available if needed.
I didn't feel the staff were as pediatric friendly and as patient as I would have expected them to be with a 6 year old. I'm sure they're wonderful with adults but I wouldn't recommend for pediatric needs.

I called in advance and explained that my son is 19 and paying for himself so he needed to be on a payment plan of some kind to afford any teeth work done. The lady told me they could do that and he would need $75 for the first visit to put down, I clarified 3 times before getting off the phone with her so my son would be prepared. When he gets to his appointment they see him and only take x-rays then referred him to cape and charged him $170!!! They said he did not qualify for a payment plan, which the lady never said their was any kind of stipulations or even mentioned he had to qualify?? So

Just establish care with this new family Dentist and I love them! From start to finish they were very thorough and walked me step by step through the process. My mouth feels great and I’m looking forward to the treatment plan I’m on to get me on the best track for my teeth! Doctor even called me in the evening to check on me. Only one negative thing- have had a few issues with billing but overall Highly recommend

I was treated with courtesy and encouragement. I feel like my dental hygienist Miss Debbie is a great professional who has helped me become a healthier person. Debbie also helps me maintain a good smile which is important. I also feel the receptionists were very kind and it made for a great positive experience during my visit!

Dental Hygienist did a wonderful job and was very thorough. I also had a crown that came out, and the dentist was able to accommodate me as soon as my cleaning had been completed. Before reattaching my crown, the dentist ensured that I knew what all my options were. It was, overall, a very pleasant experience. In addition, the dentist called later that evening to ask how I was doing. I thank them all for the incredible service!

My five-year-old had to get his first filling and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone we encountered in the office was so kind and the atmosphere was very calm. Dr. Howie and his hygienist were fantastic with my son. He was shown all the tools beforehand and they both spoke very gently which I believe helped my son stay relaxed. This was our second visit and both times I have left very impressed with how the staff worked with both of my children. Highly recommend!
