Beware of relying on IT Avalon and their so-called CEO John Zink. The firm's name is actually Avalon Staffing, LLC. Zink will claim to have detailed knowledge of an IT assignment when in fact he may be walking you into a troubled project that's a minefield. Zink himself has limited IT knowledge; he's first and foremost a salesman. He claims to know the hiring manager

John Z. will promise you're the perfect fit for an assignment but he won't tell you about the **negative history** of that assignment (or its lead manager) until it dumps on you like a ton of bricks! I have experience as a senior IT Project and Program Manager that spans almost 20 years. Sure there will be gigs you enjoy more than others. But when you're placed in a minefield? That crosses the line. I actually enjoy "ambiguity" and "chaos" in an assignment...I've successfully thrived in those circumstances.
