SERVPRO assisted with clean up and repair after a fire at my father's home. I truly appreciated that they were there immediately after the fire to secure the home, talk us through the process, and make the home livable. Our main contact was Jon Baucom and he was wonderful to work with. He helped coordinate communications between the insurance company and other contractors. His crew was friendly, reliable and respectful of the home. I would highly recommend this company.

We sincerely hope you never need their services, but if the need arises, you will be in excellent hands with ServePro of Southeast Milwaukee County. We came to Milwaukee from California to help out when our brother/brother-in-law was in a rehab facility and ended up with a major water disaster in his home. Jon and Libby from ServePro came to the rescue. They are two excellent individuals who sweat all the details. Their work ethic is like no other. They know how to get the job done—efficiently and effectively. Their staff is very well trained and the whole business is run very well.
