This is my first year doing my own tax returns. I had a good experience with the guy tax accountant that did my taxes. I called back to ask how I can pay for my taxes and the lady that picked up, provided me the steps, and I paid it. Then she called me back saying the steps that she provided was incorrect and that I paid for 2021 and not 2020. She redirected me to the steps to pay 2020. I called and met with several payroll preparer from Orange County to San Bernardino County. I came here frustrated still haven't found someone I feel I can trust. This place was an exception! I had a lot of questions. They were patience, professional and courteous. Their answers were honest, direct and simple to understand. My husband and I have our usual spot that we go to, Aldana's in anaheim. But this year, they seem to be making so much money that some of their tax reps show up at noon. Worse than that they tell us they open at 930am every day (except sundays) so we get there early at 9am to beat any possible crowds and waited for 50min and no sign of opening. By far the worst company you could ever deal with these people new wat tjey were doing and were cheap about and scamed me . Did my taxes there 2 years ago they seemed good but this year they tried over chrging me and after they made a mistake on filing for me so irs now is doing a review on me and all because they wanted to steal and cheat from me do not go there i will not recommend after all they did not charge but still not helpful so please be carful and do not use them

A great service and people and we will probably use them again next year. Our first return was not accepted because our daughter decided to claim herself even though she's living under our roof LOL. The only downside was when we were told to go back the gentleman who had originally done our taxes was not there so we came back again and he was not there again so we had to wait while one of the other prepares was done. In the end we still got a refund and have not gotten one in years!

Abraham and Sid are knowledgeable, professional and very customer oriented.
They were very knowledgeable of how to file my 1099. I had problems in previous years with other tax preparers. So this year I was not about take any chances with my income tax.
They saved me money and I don't have to worry about any inconsistencies with my return.
The cost of preparing my taxes was very affordable as well. Believe me, I called lots of other tax prepares and they were very expensive in comparison.

Ibrahim was supportive, kind, understanding and skilled.
My taxes would have been wrong had I done them myself and I would have taken the standard deduction but with 2 homes and 2 mortgages: Ibrahim showed me that we would be better off itemizing this year.
I plan to find my 2017 taxes and have Ibrahim review them as 4 months after we filed: we got a form 1041 K1 that I did not understand was supposed to be filed as an amendment to the 2017 filing last year.
