Kraff's Distinctive Clothes For Men & Women
Kraff's Clothing has been a fixture in historical downtown Toppenish, WA, since the 1940's, being owned and operated by Dan & Margie Johnson since 1970. Located on the Yakama Indian Reservation, Kraffs has been a mainstay for the Yakamas as well as many other tribes as a place to purchase blankets and other items important to traditional religious ceremonies and gift giving.

Kraffs has a unique partnership with Pendleton Woolen Mills, enabling us to craft beautiful Pendleton wool blankets into custom made garments. We also carry a large selection of Native American and Western inspired clothing, accessories, footwear and Southwestern-style rugs by American Dakota.
Services
Kraff's Clothing has been a fixture in historical downtown Toppenish, WA, since the 1940's. Originally a clothing store for men and women, it was owned and operated by Sol & Clara Kraff who came West from Chicago. Kraff's was purchased by its present owners, Dan & Margie Johnson, in 1970, after Mr. Kraff passed away.
We understand that price is very important to many people in Indian Country. There are many celebrations and events that are very significant among many tribes and pueblos all over the United States. Often times there are "giveaways", which to Native Americans means that you give away something that is of value, and you share it with someone else.
Our partnership with Pendleton enables us to support causes near and dear to not just us, but to tour customers as well. This collection features Pendleton blankets in which portion of the proceeds from the sales of blankets in this collection will go to the American Indian College Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps fund scholarships for Native American students and tribal colleges.
All merchandise Made by Kraff's are handcrafted onsite at the store in Toppenish, WA out of genuine Pendleton fabric, which is a blanket weight blend of 82% wool and 18% cotton. We do keep inventory on hand in the store, but there may be times when an item is out of stock. In these cases, our staff requires an additional 5 business days, during non-holiday seasons.
All of the rugs carried at Kraffs are manufactured by American Dakota Textiles. They are located in Georgia and all of their rugs are manufactured here in the US. Rugs are made from premium nylon and are fade resistant, antimicrobial and are tested commercially for heavy traffic. They clean easily with simply water, eliminating the need to use detergents and other chemicals.

Stopped by the store during early September in hopes of getting a custom Pendleton coat made. Justin took my measurements and showed me the collar options and got all my information to ship the custom coat, this was all done very quickly!
I was expecting the coat not to be delivered for a few weeks but the coat actually beat me home! It arrived 1 week after we had visited the store. Amazing customer service, thank you Justin and your in store crew 💛😊

PRODUCT: Not only is the coat made from the legendary quality of a Pendleton blanket, but the buttons as well as the stitching on the piping were of EXCELLENT quality. This looks like a coat that could easily be handed down to our daughter in-law. It's very rare to find consumer goods of this quality anymore. Plus, they're reversible, it's like getting 2 coats for the price of 1!!!!
PEOPLE: The coat my wife wanted was out of stock, but Justin said they could make it pretty quickly. I really didn't want to do that without checking sizing first (my wife is tiny). I asked if we could ship it down

Purchased 3 items - only 1 arrived. They take no responsibility for the missing items, said I would have to wait for a UPS claim investigation. Will not respond to emails and I'm out more than $200 for items that never arrived. Horrible customer service. Awful!

From beginning to end, my experience with Kraffs in buying a bomber jacket was incredible! Justin, one of the owners, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging (not in a hardsell way).
His customer service dedication was obvious and consistent.
The merchandise is first-rate and uniquely beautiful and very carefully made. Other businesses online might learn from Kraffs. I intend to order another coat come fall. Truly a wonderful experience in online shopping.

Kraff's is just simply an AMAZING store. A true old fashioned haberdashery. That's old school talk for a place where you went to buy your Sunday best. They also have clothing to keep all of the local cowboys and cowgirls looking SHARP!!! Also, if it is a Pendleton product that you are looking for, look no further!!! If they don't have it, I am beyond certain that Justin and his expert staff can get it for you! 😁 Last, but not least, if you have a custom idea for a jacket, or vest or need to order your Letterman's jacket, they can take care of that for you too. Kraff's is locally owned and operated

I went there to purchase my son's letterman jacket and was greeted by the Mr. Johnson the son and was a pleasure to work with. I also have worked with a young woman that maybe was new at the varsity letterman jackets but overall did a good job in helping us find the one we wanted. I have recommend this place to my sons friends for purchase of there letterman jacket because of the great prices and customer service. I will finish my review once my son's jacket is completed and hope it turns out like we want it. thanks Mr. Johnson and staff for the great service.

They have lots of stale clothes here, and a few overpriced items of beadwork, etc. I would give this two stars, BUT they have an amazing selection of pendleton blankets, fabric, and finished coats. Also, they have homemade pendleton coats in all sizes, at pretty reasonable prices.

The owner is pretty friendly -- he's a white guy and he supplies Native stores as far at North Dakota and Montana, I think mostly pendleton goods and tshirts. The staff was terrible, though. The two women that waited on my aunt seemed really hostile and rude, despite both of us trying to be friendly.
