I left a message and Raymond called me first thing the next morning. He explained everything that was needed and made the process very simple.
I emailed him everything. He recommended that I change one of the photos as the dpi was too low. When I saw the sample I am glad I took his advise. They designed the card and emailed me a proof the next day. I made 2 revisions which they fixed and emailed a new proof the same day. I approved it and the next day it was printed.
It is a beautiful program printed on high quality card stock. A week later I called Raymond and they printed matching
