Todd's Auto Body of Tilton, Illinois offers auto body services on all makes and models of cars, trucks and semi trucks. If you have recently been in an accident in Vermilion County, near Danville, Illinois then ask your tow company to tow your vehicle to Todd's Auto Body. We can build custom hot rods from scratch or finish projects that have already been started.
If you are in need of services after hours, we have a drop box on the exterior of our building for your keys & information. Insurance adjusters understand that vehicle parts are expensive, but they don't always realize that body painting materials are also more expensive than car paint. The expenses are higher also due to the size of the vehicle.

Todd is a great guy. Genuine and honest with the work that he and his team does. Got some frame rust repaired at the Oakwood location and it came out a lot better than what I expected. They were able to get it done within my target date as well. Just know that google maps gives a location that is half a mile south from their shop (for Oakwood). The office is pretty cool too.

I took my vehicle here and they did the body work and it looked fine. But they did not fix all the problems wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle had a shake after the wreck and I told them that when I brought it to get fixed. After I got it it still shook, so I took it to get rotated and balanced and the shop said that the control arm was bent and they can not do anything until that was fixed. I informed them I was in a wreck and my vehicle just got repaired and they said that it should have been fixed. When I went back to Todds they said that they could not fix it. There is literally no other incident

A little while back they had my car for a repair. They replaced the back window with a used one that had deep visible scratches in it even though the insurance paid for new. They also dinged my drivers side door up pretty good and refused to take responsibility for either incident. Best to avoid this shiesty lot.

Lifetime warranty is worthless. Paint is bubbling less than a year after the repair work they performed. They won't fix that under warranty but the guy suggested covering up the rust with some plastic parts - great idea if you don't mind them falling off in another year when the fenders are rusted clear through - but it seems to me to sum up how they do their work - crappy cover up work. Will NOT return and will encourage my friends to go Truscelli's just across the road - I've had work done by them that still hasn't rusted 6 years later. Live and learn.

Car was rear ended . So already a head ache.
Had to go to Peoria for work and was in time crunch. Insurance did not want to provide rental car. Todd's was amazing! They had my car done one day sooner then their estimated time frame. Car looks brand new! Helped me get a rental equivalent to my impala when at first the insurance wanted me in a Prius! Then got the rental two days earlier for me since me car was not drivable anymore! It could not have went any better!
I came in and estimate took maybe 10 minutes and the gentlemen that did it helped me so much. Paper with all the insurance
