Guy at the front campground entrance is extremely rude and unprofessional. Going 6 mph (speed limit is 5) and he screams at us to slow down. Also told us to watch our driving in golf cart because they are “easy to flip” (we were also going about 6 mph). Would never give my business to this campground again due to his behavior.

Was welcomed by a very unfriendly staff.
She totally didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there until she was good and ready. Yes she knew I was there.
We also had guest come and when they got to site they complained about the rudeness of the lady in front office. I walked down to see who it was and yup same lady.
The area we were in was muddy and full of berries . The berries fall all over everything in the N section. The owner put money Into upgrading some sites and these back sites don’t even have a paved road.
It is convenient to downtown but not worth the trouble if you are anywhere

Best camping spot in cape may . staff is very nice and helpful . Sites are very clean and nice . Bathrooms are clean I would always recommend taking a shower right after they clean and then 1 at night it’s still clean . I live the depot with 1 mile to the beach Why stay 10 miles away and drive when you can ride a bike. The depot is awesome 10-10 recommended.

The only plus is their location. Its pretty much a lawn with trailers parked close to each other. The playground equipment is broken. My son's site has a rotten, hollow cherry tree hanging over it, and the owners are extremely aggressive and want to pick a fight when they insist that you were driving over the 5mph speed limit. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

10 minute bike ride to the beach and Washington Street Mall. Sunset Beach is nearby as well. I have a Class C and only means of transportation is a bicycle which is perfect considering I don't tow a car. No need for one. Not a lot of amenities but that's fine with me. Bathrooms are clean and staff is nice. It's all about location at this campground. Love it! I have stayed here twice and planning another trip this season.
