Three Thumbs Up!
Executive Carpet & Tile Care cleaned our carpets earlier today. One surprising thing was that they were here when they said they would be (which seems to be a rare event nowadays, at least in our experience).
Mark and Brian were very professional, cordial and efficient in equipment setup, cleaning 5 rooms of carpet and all post-work cleanup. They left several fans to dry the carpet out and said they'd pick their equipment up after we were satisfied that everything dried adequately enough.
The quality of their work is top shelf and their commitment to customer service

My name is Ed Hayes owner and operator of Websters Interiors. Recently I had a customer that need a sofa and a chair that needed new cushions and my customer asked if I recommended anyone for cleaning? I said yes I always tell them to call Kathy Sweo at executive. So while the sofa and chair was at my showroom Kathy came in and cleaned them. All I can say is amazing! The level of professionalism that Kathy displayed was amazing! Her level of detail is unsurpassed! I will always not only use Kathy but refer her as well. Thanks again Kathy Sweo!!!
