Becoming a small business owner has always been a dream of mine. After flying as a Captain with NetJets Aviation Inc. for over 10 years, a medical condition cut my flying career short. I decided to move the timetable up and take a leap into business ownership. The worst customer service experience I've ever received at my college apartment The Point At Raiders Crossings 2315 North Tennessee Blvd. The staff is completely rude. The girls who work in the front office either have an attitude when you walk in or never acknowledge your presence. Managers are never able to speak to you, they're either always on the phone or never there. The only way you can talk to them is when you're trying to sign your lease. Basically they only want to talk to you when you're to trying apply there and once you live here you will never hear from them. The website is always
