I have been a patient for years. Had alot of dental work done. Dr. Heiers is great. Very knowledgeable. My problems stem from the office staff. On Thursday the 15th, I called the office. They asked what office I to, which is Easton. The office staff said they would leave the Dr. a note. This is not normal because they have appointments slots for emergencies. Did not say anything about making a appointment or anything else. After calling back a couple of times, I left a message. I asked if someone could get back to me please let me know ,so I can call another Dr. As the day went on the staff said

After my husband was treated so rudely by his regular dental office in Salisbury, he asked me to locate a new one, I happened to hear a commercial on the radio for ES Smile and called them. He had to wait 3 weeks but it was faster than other offices in Salisbury. So he was very upset when he received a call the day before cancelling his appointment because he had not confirmed his appointment. I called the office back assuring them he had and could send them a copy of the text. The appointment had already been cancelled. The dental technician MacKenzie is the BEST I've encountered over 68 years and countries! She is brilliantly trained, informative, knowledgeable about my periodontal disease and personable. She does my cleaning by hand because I can't stand the machine/drilling. I have barely used/not needed the dentist but he was fine when he checked my x-rays,… etc. But this practice must allow the technicians ( or at least MacKenzie) the freedom to gage the patient's level of inquiry and answer their concerns and call in dentist at any time. I have only used her so cant comment on any others. Desk/check

I have a deep fear of dentists. I put off dental work because of it and today I had my first appointment at Eastern Shore Smile Solutions. From the first phone call I made to schedule an appointment, until I walked out the door this morning, was absolutely the best dental experience I have received. Just calling to make the appointment gives me anxiety, the girl I spoke to on the phone was not only professional, but she was friendly. Everything about today's appointment put me at ease, from the initial greeting to checking out after the appointment. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional

I really appreciate the way the staff has created an experience that is welcoming, comfortable, positive, and even fun. Oh yes, and my teeth get the care they deserve. Going to the dentist today was the high point of my afternoon--it was that enjoyable! So from now on, I'm going to call it the Smile Spa! And yes, you can get coffee with that! Highly recommend it.

My cleaning was done today (June 4, 2020) just a week after the office reopened for business after being closed due to covid-19. In and out quickly and easily. Social distancing in the waiting room was easy and everyone was wearing masks. Virus/health questions asked by two different people - thorough. My hygienist was pleasant, efficient, effective. Typical cleaning was well performed. 2 optional services were gently offered - I took one and declined the other, with no pressure or guilt-tripping. It was all quiet, simple, calm, pleasant and matter-of-fact. Excellent stuff.

My appointment was at the Cambridge location. All of the staff was very polite, the office area was very well maintained & even had refreshments. My wait time was very short. It was my 1st appointment with them, so they gave me a welcome gift bag, which was a very sweet touch. The dental assistant was very sweet & answered all of my silly questions. The doctor, Mr Wagner was extremely professional and we all even had a few laughs. I highly recommend this practice for any dental needs.

They make you feel welcome and they seem to really care about you being comfortable there. They are so gentle that is surprising I have gotten a root canal and crown and I felt no discomfort. They do such a good job making it as comfortable as possible. Plus they are very friendly and honest. I would and have recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had such a wonderful experience at Eastern Shore Smile Solutions! I was super nervous at first because it has been a while since I went to the dentist and I have also had some heavy handed hygienists. This was definitely not the case with this place of business. I walked into a warm elegant reception area and was greeted so kindly. They gave me a quick tour of the office. They helped put my nerves at ease. My hygienist was super sweet and gentle, yet informative. She definitely made my anxiety go away. The dentist was sweet and educated, and provided wonderful suggestions for my health concerns
