Our team at Milberg Orthodontics has a unique patient-centered approach to orthodontic treatment. We take extra time to get to know you and your family, and to design the most ideal treatment plan to achieve excellence. Each member of our treatment team has successfully completed the Certified Orthodontic Assistant Exam, a voluntary exam which tests for orthodontic knowledge and proficiency.
Dr. Milberg has been an orthodontist for over 40 years, 25 of which have been here in San Diego and Coronado. Dr. Milberg and Dr. Laura share a unique blend of training from two of the top internationally recognized orthodontic programs.
Both of our Doctors are Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics (a distinction less than 30% of orthodontists hold), and Dr. Milberg is 1 of 4 orthodontists in all of San Diego County that is a member of the prestigious Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists.

At Milberg Orthodontics, we understand that each person seeks orthodontic treatment for their own individual needs. Crowding of the teeth occurs when there is not enough space for the teeth to fit normally within the dental arches, which can cause some teeth to rotate or be displaced. Sometimes the teeth are too large for the available space or there is a disharmony in the tooth-jaw relationship.

We highly recommend Dr Milberg and Dr Milberg Rein! They are both calm and caring. They talk through every step very clearly and make sure everyone is comfortable with what they are doing. My 13yo has been seeing Dr MIlberg since he was 7. He suffers from anxiety and their calmness and kindness has allowed them to build a trusting relationship with him. He is now comfortable to go in alone. Both my boys and I have been treated by this office and we are super happy we found them!

Dr. Milberg has been treating 3 out of my four children. She has always explained everything very clearly and answered my many questions! She is dedicated to providing care for our military families and makes that a priority. The kids can get to her office on their bikes and are very independent in obtaining their care from her orthodontic team. Today, one of my sons saw an oral surgeon for a consultation and the specialist mentioned that we were getting care from one of the best orthodontists in the area. That was an unsolicited comment and I regard that very highly.
