Home health concontion has change a lot I have been with the company for Almost 4 years.when I first came to this company I wasn't sure if I would like it it was very hard to understand the staff most of the m were very rude and disrespectful and so was I I was told it was my proublm and I was not going to get new staff. after awhile I finely get good staff in my home Karen started with me two years ago and now is the home manage there has not been in I and out staff very special and undering and there no behavior. And I am passing my own meds and finding a job and keeping it also pc has done.

There is nothing professional about this company. Every incident that has happened with my son he is always the blame. My son is not being cared for properly. The nurse rarely makes it to his house to check in on him, staff is unprofessional, lack of documentation, POOR oversight from the Program Manager. My next step with this company is reporting them to the State.

My mother was called for an interview with this company. She was greeted very rudely by the receptionist Diondra, no hello no welcome she says to her "who you here to see". Very unprofessional. Then the woman Lisa comes out to argue with Diondra about her scheduling her own appointments so on an so forth. Lisa proceeds to walk back to her office never introduces herself does not say follow me or anything. Once they get to the office she still has yet to introduce who she is at this point doesn't invite my mom to have a seat leaves her standing there. If this is the way they treat a new potential

Over the past several years a family member who I was in direct care of dealt with many different home health agencies. This one, HOME HEALTH CONNECTION is the worst in Columbus. There are many different reasons for my saying this. My family member had cancer and was unable to give own medication and formula, so the nurse would come daily, even twice a day. After about one year of this (daily nursing) the family was told that we would no longer receive this care we depended on. The reasoning was that the RN who was coming out to the house was coming out without permission. This caused my family
