We met Chris by chance at an open house and were equally taken by his open-minded, bright personality and his great practical resourcefulness, both of which immediately stood out. Even before there was any indication that we might work with, he was sharing a great wealth of information and advice that weeks of internet research wouldn't produce. I began working with Chris in May of 2018. A friend and I were discussing the possibility of selling our homes, and the possible implications and goals for doing so. My friend had worked with Chris before, and shortly after our conversation, he decided to sell his home and purchase a new one, hiring Chris as his realtor. Chris and Cori are the absolute best at what they do. They helped us purchase our home 9 years ago. What appeared to be a straightforward buy, ended up being a little more complicated. My husband and I outgrew our little condo and have always dreamed of owning a house with a yard, garage, more space and a LAUNDRY ROOM! Of course we talked about buying a home, but never had an action plan. We actually went as far as visiting multiple model homes which kicked our hopes into high gear. I was pretty much perusing homes on the market everyday until we found THE house (*cue triumphant music*). We went to the open house and fell in love with this home. I just closed on my first purchase this week. Chris was EXTREMELY helpful and went far above and beyond what I imagined any broker would be willing to do. To start, I am a veteran and a first time home buyer. Although I did my research ahead of time, once the process started it seemed rather daunting purchasing a home by myself, but after speaking with Chris and his team the entire transaction went flawlessly well.
