We have an array of equipment including but not limited to: weight training machines, total body gym, balance machines, stationary bicycle, elliptical, and basketball net.
Xzact180 is a program designed to help people make the changes necessary for having longer, healthier and happier lives. You will be trained by a certified personal trainer who will oversee your training as well as review your documented food chart and discuss the importance of proper dieting along with working out.

Your first visit at Xzact is your initial evaluation where you will be working with one of our top notch Physical Therapists as they gather the information they need to set up a plan for physical therapy. After your first visit you will be working with either a Physical Therapist, a Physical Therapy Assistant, a Physical Therapy tech (with the supervision of a PT or PTA), or a combination of the three.
