Derek has the best customer service! He has gone above and beyond to help us get our air conditioning issues solved. We have a home warranty which has been completely useless. The company our home warranty sent out to repair our ac told us we needed our coils cleaned before they would do the repair. We decided to have Derek do that for us instead. He came out that same day to clean them. He informed us our coils were already clean and fixed the issue on the ac. He was honest and efficient. Mechanical MD will have customers for life. Ion an Arizona type nightmare my AC went out on a Saturday night. By early Sunday morning we were desperate and thinking about a hotel room and a friend told us about Derek.
He came to the house immediate and installed a unit the same day, for much less than I had imagined.
This is the type of service that really doesn't exist anymore, so we want to commend him for going above and beyond the average type service.
