We started eLeet Computer Solutions in 2012 on Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Altoona, PA and have been providing High Quality IT services to Blair County and surrounding areas ever since. Honestly, I was very disappointed with my repair. I was recommended this place from Best Buy to get my laptop fixed as I am a college student and needed a quick hardware fix. I assumed I was going to get a new part to be placed on the keyboard of my laptop, but it seemed they only just stuck the part back on. I could understand the quick fix for a cheap price, but 100$ total for them to just stick the part back on was outrageous. Then a day later half of the keys on my keyboard where not working. I asked for a refund as the part was not repaired but just plainly stuck back on, then called and received

Whole experience was disappointing. I dropped my laptop and needed the screen repaired quickly before my online classes started. I explained that on the phone prior to leaving my laptop with them to run diagnostics. I dropped it off on a Friday and received a phone call that the diagnostic was ran on Monday. They didn't have the part to repair it in stock and would have to order it and wait for shipment (understandable). However, all employees would be out of office for over 2 weeks for vacation and would have to repair my laptop once they return (also understandable). However, why was this

Great staff. Professional. Timely service. Returned my laptop to me better than I left it. I'm a lifetime customer now. I'm just amazed at how clean my laptop is and how spotless the screen is. I don't know how they did that. I would go back and pay just to have my laptop cleaned. It looks and works like new again.

Lou is one of the smartest men I have ever met! I have brought several machines in for repair, and each one has come back to me in pristine condition, and much cleaner than when it was brought there. Each one of my machines was just as clean on the inside as it was the outside, courtesy of a wipedown which is one of many services eLeet seems to offer. The girl running the front desk was not able to answer a lot of questions, including SALES and PRICING when I called. There's also a lot of Donald Trump memorabilia and Hillary Clinton memes, which despite what their purpose is or who they were from do not belong on a sales floor. Period. A lot of people are tired of seeing both of them, let alone 45. Political stuff does not belong in a place about repairing computers. Heed my advice and seek business elsewhere! :)

Needed help w my 5 yr old HP which was giving me all sorts of warnings. Consulted yelp and saw one review for eleet. I called and liked young mans demeanor on phone. He said appt not necessary; just bring in. Lou was helpful w/o being condescending to an "older" retired computer user. He said one chg for diagnostics and would call w estimate next day. He did. Gave me two options. Long story short, I purchased a new computer from him. He offered great price on one that he thought was pretty compatible to my old in familiarity/installed accessories etc. he copied all my data as my old HP

My MacBook was acting screwy and then seemed to be alright again. Needless to say, I wanted someone to take a look at it. When I dropped it off, the gentleman listened to the problems I had been experiencing, answered my questions, and explained what he would be doing to test it. Low and behold, he told me over the phone the next day that it didn't have any problems and that it was ready to be picked up.
