Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
In my opinion and experience with Paulette, she was unprofessional, rude and talked down to me. She didn’t listen to my concerns and there was nothing worse then getting treated like a commodity/product then a person going through a tough situation. I personally believe she is over-priced. Take a big pass.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. There is nothing worse then a divorce attorney who views you as a commodity/product then someone going through the toughest point in their life. Paulette consistently talks down to you, contradicts herself in every conversation, is rude and highly unprofessional. Also in my opinion only, I do not think she is a very good attorney, well over-priced and lacks full compassion and caring for other.

Divorce is not an easy situation, especially when you are not the one who initiated it and when there is a child involved. Paulette explained all my options thoroughly, was patient in answering all my questions and had mine and my childs best interests in mind throughout the process. She kept me informed and updated through constant communication and follow through. Both she and Bob made what was a very difficult time in my life a little easier with their compassion and guidance. Paulette and Bob were a great team and one that I was thankful that I had the opportunity to work with. They were professional, helpful, and demanded high level of respect. My case was extremely difficult and had multiple attorneys involved. Paulette and Bob were fair, available, competent, and always puttee at ease. I cannot say enough good things about their practice.
