My experience doing my taxes with Alicea taxes is always wonderful they always treat me with respect, and courtesy. As for my return they aways come on time, and the amount is accurate like is expected.

The service provided by Jasmine was absolutely PERFECT! This was my first time filing with Alicea since I just moved to this area. I wish I found out about this company sooner. If you are not local, it is still DEFINITELY worth the drive. The service was quick, and all of my questions were answered. Not to mention their personalities from the staff made me feel at home. This place is a rare commodity, and I'm so happy I found it. Most importantly, please file here if you want to save your TIME and MONEY!

I have been coming here for 10 years, staff is extremely professional. You can set up an appointment or you can also walk in, if you walk in it might take an hour but worth the wait.

Had an appoinment at 2 pm we didnt get attended until 4:30 pm ..!!! If you want to lose a whole afternoon you are welcome to do it there!! Customer service is the worst !!
