Scheduled an appointment online and got confirmation that the appointment was all set with Jacob. The appointment time comes and goes and no one shows up so I called twice and sent a text and never got a response. Extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time with this company.

Booked an appointment online for detailing, provided them with my phone number, email, and address. After booking I received a confirmation email for services with Jacob. When the appointment time came, no one showed up. I called to see what the issue was with no answer. I left a voicemail with my information and asked for a response, called back two more times later in the day. Never heard back via phone or email.
