Beware this company! We took them as property management company and they were more than negligent and ruined our beautiful house in only 10 months with horrible tenants. They took the first best tenants (a group of 5 adults with 3 dogs and a cat) without screening them and they signed the rental contract with them without asking us. We didn't want… pets, but they didn't tell us that the tenants had. We only found it out, when we visited the house ourselves. They did not survey the tenants and our property. The neighbours told us, that not only 5, but 7 people were living in our house, also
