In 1969, a group of IBM employees got together (each giving $0.25) to form iTHINK Financial (formerly known as IBMSECU). Who would have thought that a set of quarters in 1969 would turn into one of the nation's largest credit unions with more than $1.5 billion in assets and 95,000 members across the country?
At this time, this affects August month-end member statements, and monthly mortgage statements, credit card statements, and some notices. We are working with our statement provider on this, but please be aware of these delays and regularly monitor your account activity to confirm transactions or to see if payments have cleared.
What drives you? What are you inspired by? I am driven by kindness. I am truly inspired by the ability to help our members when they feel like the odds are against them. What are your passions/interest outside of the workplace? Baseball, shopping, and trying new places to eat. What was your first job?
Going north on Highway 515 to Jasper, turn right on West Church Street (Highway 53 East) heading towards downtown Jasper. What drives you? I have a passion for bringing out the best in those around me, especially my members and my team. I want every member to be financially educated and able to make good decisions with their money. What are your passions/interests outside of the workplace? I love hiking, yoga, mediation, reading, travel and spending quality time with my family and friends.

So I’m a new member to this credit union and I decided to apply for a credit card which I got Instant approval for 500.00 so a Representative call me the very next day telling me that they made a mistake but I can get a secured credit card but I did not apply for that then she went on saying that they found something on my credit report but if that was the case I would have never got approved from the start I’m having second thoughts of becoming a member and then she going to tell me to reapply why? When I got approved and there’s nothing on my CREDIT REPORT SMH

I've been with this bank since 1987 when it was IBM. Never had any problems until two months ago when my wallet was stolen out my purse at a supermarket. I called and reported it but later when I tried to get my money back that someone used on my card.They gave me the blues and wouldn't replace the money that was stolen. I thought our money was insured guess not. I know you better never lose your bank card at this bank. So disappointed.

I thought this company was good,but the way that I have been getting treated lately I'm having second thoughts. They lie and say they're going to call you back and never call. That's not professional at all. I feel like I shouldn't have never went to this bank at all. I was convinced into refinancing my car with this company,but it was the biggest mistake I ever made.
