At West Point Vision Care, each member of our vision care team is selected by Dr. Mark Bickerton based upon his or her experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients. Our entire West Point optometry staff is committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each and every patient.
Due to changes in Dr. Bickerton's schedule at the other office locations he works at, or other factors, sometimes our standard office and exam hours may have to vary. Additionally, we are not typically able to accommodate walk-ins at this time. Made an appointment - showed up and there were already people waiting. Assistant helped those three people while I sat there. Doctor showed up after half an hour, and still no one attempted to even start my scheduled appointment, so I left and went somewhere else. Not a professional atmosphere at all. I wouldn't recommend.

If there was a way to give a 0/5 I would. Went in for an appointment that took weeks to schedule and the Dr. showed up close to 45 minutes late. Took forever with an exam in a disorganized and completely unprofessional atmosphere using the back room that is apparently storage for darker tests. No privacy at all, machines are on what seem to be old jewelry counters in the single room of this "office".
Regardless, I got my Rx and ordered (and paid for) glasses. I was only then told it would take 6 weeks. Fine, I can manage. After 10 weeks, I left multiple messages and had no returned calls. I finally
